Episode 45: Stephanie Crowe
January 1998 in Escondido, California, 12 year old Stephanie Crowe was murdered in her bedroom while her family slept soundly just feet away. Police quickly turned their focus to Stephanie's 14 year old brother Michael and his friends, interrogating them for hours and hours trying to get them to confess. Police were so certain that they had it figured out, they ignored another suspect entirely. The interrogation of these boys, tunnel vision from the Escondido Police Department along with not wanting to admit to their mistakes, has overshadowed Stephanie and her still unsolved murder. Description: On this week’s WTF Episode we’ve got two pretty big case updates. First we’re going to talk about Alexee Trevizo, the 19 year old who threw her baby away in a hospital trash can. You’ve probably seen the bodycam footage on social media of her crying in the hospital. The second case is one that you may not be familar with, that just had some major developments last week. 28 year-old, Mamta Bhatt was reported missing on August 5th 2024 by her husband. Her coworkers and friends had already been looking for her for a week by then. Her husband has been arrested for concealing a body, Mamta still has not been found.

Welcome to our WTF episode!! This is a bi weekly episode we put out to update y'all on cases we have covered or ongoing cases on the media.
In todays episode we are going to going cover Tyler Goodrich, a missing man out of Lincoln Nebraska. Who was last seen on surveillance running from his house after a fight with his husband back in October of 2023.
We are also introducing you to the ongoing investigation into the Return to Nature funeral home located in Penrose, Colorado. Back in October of 2023 almost 200 bodies were found in the abandoned funeral home. John and Carrie Hallford the former funeral home owners are now facing federal charges.
