Ryan Waller and his girlfriend Heather Quan were supposed to have dinner with Ryan’s family on Christmas Day.  They Ryan and Heather didn’t show up the family went looking for them.  What happened over the next several days was negligence, at the very least, by the police department handling the case.  Join us as we share the story of Ryan Waller and Heather Quan and hopefully find Justice For them both.
